What are the available mode of payment?

Paypal, Visa, Master, PayNow. Please do indicate your name and contact number in order for us to verify easily.

Can we do Cash on Delivery?

We are sorry that we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery. We will prepare your orders and make sure they arrived on time. We seek your kind understanding.

Can we self collect?

Unfortunately, doorstep delivery is the only option now as we do not have collection point in the warehouse.

What are the delivery charges like?

For orders less than S$25 (including tax), $5 delivery charges will be added in your order. For orders more than S$25 (including tax), free doorstep delivery.

How do I confirm my order?

After successful placement the order with us, an e-receipt will be sent to your registered mailbox. Please kindly check your junk mail as well.
In the event you do not receive it, please contact our customer service with your order number.

Can we change our order before delivery date?

Unfortunately you are unable to change the orders after successful payment. This is because we need adequate time to process your orders correctly. We seek your kind understanding.
